As
a companion to the SCI-voc list, the cathvoc list has a non-public
archive. Here individual struggles to pursue 'vocation' may
be more privately shared, if anyone either desires the shelter of that
kind of forum or wishes to assist in providing such sheltering nurture
for other souls who may come along. If you have felt drawn to the
idea of religious/clerical vocation but are NOT being encouraged at
present to pursue that hope, this is the place for you. Tell
US the story of your soul. We will pray with you and for you
-- if you promise in your turn to pray with us and for us.
Ordination as a priest and/or public profession as a religious are by no means the only paths into fully consecrated life. If He claims you, follow! Let us do it together. Let us become a force for unity and love in Church and world by virtue of our willing acceptance of the call we all experience to be consumed in Love. |
